Shipping methods I use a combination of postal and courier services (depending on the product, value, weight/size and destination). As you add items to your basket, the system calculates the order weight and uses this and your location to determine the shipping cost. Typically, I use:
* First Class mail for UK orders of under 4kg
* Airmail for small overseas orders under 2kg
* DHL, UPS, etc for other orders
Destinations I can ship parts and kits to most countries in Europe, USA, Oz/NZ, etc. The shopping cart will ask for your location and automatically calculate the shipping cost based on weight of your order. At the moment, I ship to:

| | | | Delivery timescales I aim to ship within 2 working days of cleared payment. If there's a problem with stock availability, I will contact you within 1 working day to let you know. For courier shipments, you will receive a tracking link so that you can check the progress of your package. Courier delivery is typically:
* UK - 24-48 hours
* Europe - 2-4 days
* North America - 2-4 days
UK orders sent First Class typically arrive in 1-2 days. Airmail shipments outside the UK are more variable (depending on the local mail service and any import hold-ups): typically 2-4 days for Europe, 1 week outside Europe. All shipments are covered by insurance against loss or damage.
