Ordering from Amp Maker Ltd.
Shipping, delivery, returns, and other details.
When you send an order via the checkout page, you will be sent an order acknowledgement email confirming the details of your order and with an order reference number. For online orders (PayPal, credit or debit cards), payment is immediate and your orders are processed within 2 working days. For offline orders (where you have chosen payment via online banking), the order acknowledgement email will include the details you need for payment. Goods will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared.
Order notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Amp Maker will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to Internet glitches, software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Amp Maker reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will ordinarily be despatched within two working days of payment. Delivery timescales vary according to order weight and shipping method (see shipping articles for details).
Returns policy and guarantee
You may cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened and unused within 14 days of notifying Amp Maker of your intent to return the order.
Unlawful or prohibited use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Amp Maker or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
