“I’ve attached a photo of my completed ‘Grizzle’ amp (an SE-5a in sheep’s clothing – literally). I constructed a case from pine with a detachable bottom so that the amp is locked in, but easily accessible when I need to show off its innards to friends.
“The case was more difficult than the amp, mainly thanks to your excellent instructions. My partner weaved the grill cloth on her knitting machine using wool (the sheep bit) and the logo is what we affectionately call our baby son when he’s in a bad mood.”
“Attached is another photo of the amp without the base on it. When the base is secured via nuts embedded in the top part, the chassis is completely secured. Simple, but effective.”
